  1. Hi.I have found that traveling in Europe is so much easier than trying to be gluten-free in the US. We have been to most of the western european countries in the past ten years. They predominately cook from scratch, with fresh ingredients, herbs, etc. Unfortunely our influence is beginning to infiltrate as each time we go, we see more Mickey D's and Supermarkets...
  2. I am so glad to find this thread today. I am 57 and was a silent ( non symptomatic) celiac until last fall. A very wise nutritionist had me test for it and Lo and Behold, Celiac and caseine positive. Anyway, I have worked to get and stay on the diet and having been feeling pretty well, certainly better.
