Actually, it took me a long time to be symptom free. So, you know about Woodmans. That place is pretty good for gluten-free. I'm sure you know about Whole Foods. I make a run there about once a month. The bread they make is really good as well as blueberry muffins. I freeze two pieces of bread together so that it's easier to only thaw enough for... -

I am having a Birthday party - pretty casual. The tequitos are a very good idea. So the Delimex are gluten free??? I know I used to buy tequitos, but assumed they had gluten and never looked again. Can't say I remember the brand I used to purchase. Thanks for the info. -

I was curious if any of you order chicken when you are at a restaurant. How do you know if the chicken is injected with chicken broth or not???? I haven't had the nerve to ask the manager or waiter yet. And if I did, could they honestly give me the right answer. I'm sick of bunless burgers..... -

I am going to Calabasas for a week and was wondering where to go out to eat. Any suggestions?? I am pretty new to all this and this will be my second vacation since my diagnosis (first vacation left me very sick). Appreciate any help I can get.
