This is going to sound so crazy...... About 2 months ago I developed sores on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. Soon after my tongue began to burn (as if scalded with hot water, but all the time). I also have a red strip down the middle of my tongue and the tip of my tongue is all red. My internal med Dr. had no idea what was wrong so she told me to gargle...
