Hi I would be interested to know if people have suffered from very rapid weight gain and a feeling of a bloated stomach after starting a gluten free diet. My wife has been on a very very strict gluten free diet for a couple of months now but has the above symptoms. Her diet is otherwise very sensible. Regards Simon

Hi, I am not a doctor but can advise on what my wife was told to do after her bloods came back high. The consultant would not do the scope unless she had been having a normal gluten diet for at least 2 weeks before the examination. Her bloods were very high so its possible others may be advised to eat gluten for longer. What she did do however was have... -
Hi, my wife is a celiac and we are visiting Florida later this month. We are travelling with our two children who are under 10. Does anybody have some good advice on places to eat or I guess more importantly where NOT to eat in the Orlando / Disney area. Do foods in the USA have clear marking? Are there any mass product guides that are worth utilising...

Hi, having recently been diagnosed and started a 100% gluten free diet how long did it take people to start seeing a reduction in the morning and evening tiredness? The stomach symptoms appear to go relatively quickly. Does anybody else suffer from itching of the skin? Thanks for taking the time to look at the post
