Hi all, I'm pretty new to this, it's been a week and a half so far, gluten and dairy free. So far so good, I actually feel great!!! Anyway, I've noticed on a lot of my do not eat lists and a list from my dr. it said soy sauce is a no no since there is wheat in it. Hello, I am a new member and have so many questions I really don't know where to start. For one thing, I have had many of the symptoms of Celiac for many years. It goes back to pregnancy 14 years ago. I had major platelet problems during pregnancy and child birth....then within a year was diagnosed lactose intolerant. From there, I can't remember ever... -
