Hi, over the last month i found out i might have celiac. one blood test positive the other negative. i began gluten free and have began to see a big change. my husband is convinced this has been my problem and is very supportive of the changes i have had to make. but where do i find info on what to avoid and what to have. from what i have been reading it...
