I live in pittsburgh and I have been tossing around the idea of starting a gluten free catering business because I have celiac and follow a gluten free diet. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on Gluten free catering? Whether it be a party of 50 or individual prepared meals in the Pittsburgh area. Does anyone think they would take advantage of it if it was offered and Gluten free.
