I have been recently diagnosed with celiac disease. I am a long time type 1 diabetic. I am now having an issue with my diet. I have switched to a gluten free diet but my sugars are up and down and my weight has increased by 10-15 lbs. I am very depressed and am trying to get into a Dietitian. I am just looking for anyone who may be dealing with both of these...
