How long after eating gluten does it take for your body to respond with symptoms? Sorry if there is already a topic on this.... I probably missed it.

Does anyone know if it is possible for symptoms of celiac disease (diarrhea) to cause enough of a base drop in ph to lead to metabolic acidosis?
