Constipation And Celiac Diet

Dan, it becomes quite a problem, when your diet is mostly rice. But take comfort , there is a great herb blend by" Solaray" the name is Venous blend SP-32,Aloe- witch Hazel It is a stool softer , I take two capsules 3 times a day . Give yourself a little help by having a small fruit salad in the morning, trust me you will feel alot better
