I will be leaving to LIVE in Shanghai for at least a year, my friend who is already there is celiac and is finding it hard and although I am not celiac I am allergic to wheat and rye amongst other things. I would like to know if anyone knows any gluten-free friendly shops other than the std fruit and veg markets and any other helpful tips for living in China...
