IS THIS WHAT'S WRONG WITH US??? All 3 of us feel like we're falling apart... Both my younger sisters (in their early to mid-thirties) have muscular and joint pains so severe that they are disabled. I have had pain and sore muscles in my neck and/or back almost daily for many years. My muscles become tight and painful from activities inconsistently...
