I had my endo and colo done at the same time. My results were positive for a hiatal hernia, positive for celiac disease and positive for lymphocytic colitis. Your doctor wants to be sure you don't have something else going on. My colon was clear, it was the biopsys he took that told the story.

Word of advice (from experience!) Do NOT put the barbecue grill in the oven on clean cycle until you have removed ALL of the grease from the junctions -- especially where the grill is welded. I get dizzy a lot also and it's always been attributed to low blood pressure. I got a kick out of your heart rate monitor problems. I've never had an automatic heart rate monitor, blood pressure machine or pulse machine work for me. Even when my biopsy was taken, the machines wouldn't work. Before I was put under, I kept teasing the nurse about it...

Maybe I should put #6 first :-) I wonder if I put the grill grate in the stove and run the self-cleaning cycle if it that would work. I'm going to try that as soon as the temps drop. Thank you for your answers. I hadn't even thought about the grill and it's definitely covered with gluten as I marinade a lot and have thrown out many of our marinades for containing gluten. A new toaster and covering the pans I can do. I tossed the wooden spoons -- what about the plastic ones? I guess I don't use the pots that were used to boil pasta...
