  1. Thanks for your response. I have been gluten-free for two years, but not strict, but I have been super strict for a month now and will continue to be strict for the rest of my life. How long have you been gluten-free? Do you notice that you are getting better? I am actually going to get another test done to see how much damage I have to my intestines...
  2. My doctor wants to put me elmiron.
  3. Thanks so much for your response. I was doing accupressure and that seemed to work but that got so expensive. I am going to try accupuncture and start drinking more gatorade. Thanks.
  4. The thing is when I go to the emergency room for dehydration they test my electrolytes and they are perfect. I do drink Gaterorade time to time, especially if I am working out. I have been checked for diabetes as well and it came back negative. I also have been checked for kidney problems and that came back fine too.
  5. I haven't started taking any medications for it yet. I am trying to see if I can control by diet before I get on any medication. I am still researching it. So what did you take for your first round and I guess it didn't work?
  6. I got diagnosed with Celiac in 2004 and have had UTI problems all my life. I just now got told I have IC. I know for sure the two are related. I haven't started the medication for the IC yet. I am just trying to control my diet better to see if that will help.
  7. FYI - There is a new gluten free vodka and the name is 3. I live in Houston, Texas and found it at a Spec's here. It actually says Gluten Free on the tag and it explains the process of making it. It's the first vodka made from soy. I know some Celiacs have an intolerance to soy, but for those that don't this is an option. If you want more information...
  8. Does anyone have problems with dehydration? I literally drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I do not drink any other liquids except that new mineral water. I drink alcohol one-two nights out of the week. With all that said, I get dehydrated an awful lot. I spent four hours last Saturday at the emergency clinic getting two bags of fluid pumped into me...
  9. Hey everyone! I am new to this message board and I am very thrilled I came across it. I just wanted to let y'all know that I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease three years ago and I am 28 years old. I had my first panic attack after September 11, 2001 and went to a therapist and was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to the events of September...
