I am going to be on Vacation next week in Estes Park, Boulder, Denver, Colorado. Can anyone recommend some restaurants that serve Gluten Free food? We are going to try and find Deby's Gluten free cafe in Denver, but most of our time will be spent in Estes Park. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I am going to be tested for fructose intolerance soon, but have been told to follow the diet until I am tested. It is helping greatly. There are so many good resources for Celiac Disease, but I am unable to find much on the Fructose intolerance diet. I was dizzy for many years prior to finding out that I had Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). I have to eat a very high salt diet.
