Hi Everybody, I am sitting here feeling kind of strange and hoping someone can help with this...I am having some trouble with my stomach in the upper area of the left side abs, it feels like something is trying to pass thru the area and can't. Has anybody else ever had this happen to them before and what can you do about it? I have only been gluten free...

Hi Everyone, I have not been on for awhile. The last time I was on I had so many problems and got so much great feedback Thank you to everybody for the last time. I am now having a lot of pain on the right side usually I only have left side pain I don't know what is going on. Does anybody know what this could be? I am very confused by this Please Help...

Thanks I can't take over the counter meds because those bind me up and then I have bigger problems..I just feel that I am caught in a catch 20/20. I have tried not to think about anything and relaxation breathing and it just does not seem to help.
