Hi. My son had an atypical presentation of Celiac. He never had lower GI symptoms. He grew well until he was about 12 1/2 years old. Then, he started to have acid reflux (which led to asthma flares) and recurrent sinus infections (which required significant antibiotics). His growth and weight gain nearly stopped. The doctors focussed on his airway issues...
