  1. Luke's Mom, I want to tell you about a wonderful recipe for cupcakes, etc. They are made with coconut flour, which has been dificult to locate. I had to buy it online from Bob's Red Mill, and it is rather expensive, but............let me tell you, I really think I am eating the real thing when I make them, and it is not as expensive as it seems as smaller...
  2. Sue, It sounds like you really love this man. Why not hold off on the verdict. Watch him from afar for a year or two, listen to what people say who spend time with him to see if he has changed. I really do believe that the disease messes with a person's head. I definately agree you shouldn't trust words or promises though. Sorry for your pain, Lori

  4. My two sons and I who both have celiac disease also ate at On the Border yesterday. So far I haven't had any problems, the waiter brought us corn tortillas which were very good and we had fajitas.
  5. I think that the assertion is that celiac disease may cause or make worse some mental problems, such as anxiety, unstable temperment, depression, and ADHD, etc.
