When out and about with my son, I often use wipees. At times, it is all I have available. We have not experienced any problems when we use the wipees. I am very thorough with them, going around the nails and under them too. -

We experience problems if we go to a restaurant that has a playhouse. I can't normally see anything on his hands when he comes out of one, but if I don't clean them off before he eats his food (uses his fingers, not utensils) then we will undoubtedly have severe issues for several days. When my son ingests any of his "bad" foods, he becomes moody, throws major tantrums for no apparent reason, clings, and becomes easily over stimulated. It usually does not begin until the next day after ingestion and lasts up to five days. -

My son had extensive reflux and swallowing issues for the first 1.5 years. Ultimately we had to go to a hyperallergenic formula (Alimentum) and it had to be the canned variety. Premixed was just as bad as my breast milk. The only time he did somewhat okay on my breast milk was when he was taking Zantac and I only ate boiled chilcken and rice and drank...
