I am going to start using the gluten free travel cards. I have been gluten free for only a couple of months but I am already so tired looking at waiters that have NO idea what I am talking about. So, I think if I bring a card and tell the waiter to bring it to the chef it might be the best thing. Have you used those yet?

Thank you very much! The tea advice sounds like a great idea! Is the licorice tea gluten free? I take it that it is but I have found that we cannot have licorice. If so, I will go to the store tomorrow!

I just got the IBS Bible Book from my mom. I am not a big cook but it looks like I will have to be : ) I think it is going to be process of elimination. I do eat a lot of raw fruit and dairy because what else am I supposed to eat these days : )

Hello! I am brand new to this - so, I hope I am doing it correctly. I was diagnosed with Celiac in April. I am still dealing with very SEVERE pain. I have been on percocet for several months. They think something else is going on due to my pain. But I still think I am being glutened somehow. I just realized that I cannot eat Modified Food Starch. Duh...
