Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum. Does anyone know of any butters that are gluten/dairy/soy free? Any that work well in recipes would be great. What about for spreading on toast/pancakes, etc.? Has anyone tried Ghee or Coconut Oil (Butter) for a substitution of butter? Does it work well atleast in receipes? Are either of them good as a spread...
