    Hi: I am going out east as well this summer by car. We are planning to bring food for the car trip. I am struggling to think of things that I can bring to eat for a few days at a time. We are also going to go camping. If anyone has some ideas or easy to make things that are also storeable (with just a cooler) it would be greatly appreciated. Jlessie
