The Rockford Area Celiac Sprue Association will have a meeting on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at 7:00 pm in the Founder's Room at OSF St. Anthony's Hospital in Rockford. We will be viewing a recorded presentation given by Beth Hilson, Founder of Gluten-Free Pantry and cookbook author, entitled "Quick and Easy Tricks". Please bring a gluten-free item to share with the group, along with the recipe.
