Thankyou for your encouragement It's good to know I'm not just weird - I'm pretty sure my mum thinks all my food sensitivities are psychological because every time I go there she says "what can't you eat now" & rolls her eyes. So I just take my food everywhere I go now & never eat out at a restaurant. I am fortunate that I can eat dairy foods...
