***NEED CELIAC CAMPERS AND VOLUNTEER HELPERS***
Camp Arroyo in Livermore, CA AUGUST 7-11

One week sleepover camp for ages 6-16
(age 5 welcome if parent also comes for the full week)
Fee will hopefully be under $50 per child.
Space for 125-135 including parents/volunteers
The Taylor Family Foundation pays for 99% of the camp.
Camp Arroyo is adjacent to the Del Valle Reservoir, one hour
southeast of San Francisco and one hour northeast of San Jose,
off Highway 580 at the end of Arroyo Road. The camp encompasses
138 pristine oak-studded acres owned by the East Bay Regional
Park District. The grounds are beautiful! Facilities include rock
climbing wall, horses, boats, awesome bunking dorms, 3500 sq ft
swimming pool, arts & crafts center, challenge course, sports and
educational activities, and gourmet gluten-free food!
Dana needs a head count ASAP, but also really needs the help
of volunteers! Anyone who wants to send their child may stay at
the camp with them as a camp counselor. We can have a celiac
camp every year for free, if we can get a good turnout.
