We would like to remind you to RSVP by Friday for the picnic on Saturday, July 16 at 4pm at Chicken Paradise, home of Anne and Joe Barfield. For more details you can visit our newly updated website at www.alamoceliac.org. Click on the Calendar page.
If you are concerned about being out in the heat, rest assured that there is plenty of room indoors (in the AC, under the ceiling fans) to keep you cool. The whole picnic area is shaded by 4pm. You can get a better idea of the setting by looking at the pictures on the website. Click on "page of photos" under the first picture to see more shady cool spots.
We have taken care of the hamburger bun issue, and have had offers for enough drinks and ice. Consider bringing side dishes, appetizers or desserts. If you haven't RSVP'd yet, do so soon. We wouldn't want to be caught short on hamburgers and buns!
