The South Carolina ROCK chapter will hold it's first meeting on Saturday
November 20, 2004. The meeting will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Ashland
United Methodist Church, Columbia, SC. A number of vendors who have supplied
food samples, a representative from one of the local health food stores,
Rosewood Market will be there with samples of kid friendly items from his
store and some fun and games are planned.
Whether you are just starting the gluten free diet or have been at it a long
time please join us. Since this is a new support group there...

There will be a gluten free food fair at the Hospital for Sick Children in
Toronto, Ontario this Saturday (November 20, 2004).
Typically there are at least four gluten free distributors present.
This is a good chance to snap up some deals on products and see the up and
coming who are getting into the market.
There were six distributors at the last one including Rizopia, Micah's
favourite, El Peto, Supreme foods (presenting the new food for life
products),and others.
