Connie Sarros, author of 4 gluten-free cookbooks, will be the guest speaker at the Huntsville, AL celiac support group meeting on Thursday, April 7th. Her topic is "Everything You Wanted To Know About Gluten-free Baking". The meeting time is 7 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Corporate University, 109 Governors Dr., Room 131. The Denver Metro Chapter CSA/USA is having a meeting Thursday, April 7,
2005, at 7 pm, at Porter Hospital in the Cancer Care Center Auditorium,
2525 South Downing in Denver.
The Denver Area Cel-Kids Network is hosting this meeting with featured
speaker Dr. A. John Yazdi, of Rocky Mountain Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Dr. Yazdi will present information about the latest research on celiac
disease, testing and diagnosis, and follow up care. He'll finish with a
question and answer session.
