Basic Breads Baking Class in AZ The Gluten-Free Cooking Club/School is holding a Basic Breads Baking class 8/27/05 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm in Phx, AZ. You will learn Boston Brown Bread in the crock pot, Soft Rolls in the oven, Rye Bread in the bread machine and English Muffins on the Griddle. We have been teaching gluten-free dairy-free classes for 3 years. People travel from all over the U.S. to attend our classes. We look forward to meeting you in the future. The 2nd Annual Gluten-Free Pancake Breakfast will be Saturday, August 27th from 9:00 AM to noon at Wild Oats Marketplace, 500 E. Ogden Avenue, Hinsdale, IL. Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children. Menu includes pancakes, sausage, orange juice and coffee. Cooking provided by Special Eats. Proceeds benefit the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program.
