   Once again, Wild Oats is sponsoring free talks on celiac disease, gluten
   sensitivity, and living and loving the gluten-free lifestyle.
   
   
   The next events are 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the following locations:
   Wednesday, February 8 -- Scottsdale, AZ (Wild Oats -- 8688 E. Raintree Dr.)

   Hi everyone in the Denver area!
   
   
   Monica Poole, owner of Deby's Gluten Free Bakery and Deli, has free cooking demonstration classes every Wednesday at the cafe. Next Wednesday, February 8th at 6:30 p.m., she will be having a pastry crust demonstration. Monica will be making a chicken pot pie, both the crust and filling. There is no cost for the class. One great idea is to go and enjoy a dinner, and stay for the class afterwards. The class is hands-on. You will be able to mix, roll, and see what the dough looks like during the preparation.
