   We have a 2nd meeting planned for Oct 12th, Fri. at 10:00. We will be featuring whole grains for breakfast, including Quinoa,Buckwheat, Millet,and Teff. We will also prepare G.F. pancakes and waffles. This meeting will be held in a member's home.
