   The annual Iowa Celiac Conference will be held September 8, 2007 in Waterloo, Iowa from 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Cedar Valley Community Church 3520 Ansborough Ave. Hosted by the Waterloo/CF support group. Guest speakers this year are: Dr. Joseph Murray - Mayo Clinic Rochester, Mn. Ann Whelan - Editor/Publisher - Gluten-Free living magazine and Connie Sarros - Author of many gluten-free cookbooks.
