   The Patty James Cooking School will hold a Gluten-Free Baking class on Saturday, March 29th, from 9:30-1:00 at her location in Sebastopol. She designed this class in response to our request. She has the only certified organic cooking school in the United States, and is a well-known and talented chef and speaker, with an emphasis on nutrition.
