   The inaugural Charlotte, N.C. Gluten-Free Expo
   will be held Saturday, August 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
   in Johnson & Wales University's University Events Center.
   Admission is free, but pre-registration is required due to facility capacity.
