The West End Gluten Intolerance Group will be meeting at 7PM at Trinity U. Methodist Church (903 Forest Avenue) on Wednesday, March 8th.
Blake M. Paterson, MD, CEO, Alba Therapeutics Corporation will speak on the development and testing of a pill that will enable persons to tolerate gluten. The FDA fast tracked the approval of the pill for human trials, which are presently happening. Dr. Paterson will also cover the role of zonulin in celiac disease.
