Iowa Celiac Meeting

It is time once again for the Annual Iowa Celiac Meeting. It is being held

on Saturday, September 18 in Waterloo, IA, at the Cedar Valley Community

Church, 3520 Ansbourough Ave. The day long event includes a food fair,

guest speakers: Dr. David Elliott and Beverlee Clearman, RD,LD, both from

the University of Iowa Celiac Clinic; cooking demonstrations, dining out

tips, discussion groups,children's program, and a delicous lunch. You will

not want to miss this event. Pre-registration is required.
