Years ago I had to go to the ER for the epinephrine shot when I had an allergic reaction to meds. It was the one and only time it has happened. Knock on wood! I just have one big question: why do I get sick almost every time I eat at a restaurant, no matter what I might eat? Are the celiac disease symptoms sporadic? Yesterday I got sick after eating a hashbrown casserole made with campbells cream of cheddar and cream of chicken soups. I just learned my health history 2 years ago, when I located my birth family. There is a lot of lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerodarma (my mother had lupus, scleroderma and a host of other illnesses; she died in 1972). My 3 sisters all have rheumatoid and two have lupus.
