I’ll admit I haven’t read every response so this might be redundant, but I’ve suffered with sciatica for years along with recent digestive problems and I would recommend patches. They have ones that are NSAID’s and ones that are lidocaine. You can ask your medical providers for recommendations and how to use appropriately, but it will bypass any stomach problem...
