hi my name is stella and i have a 17 year old daughter who was diagnosised 3 years ago took drs three yrs to finally say yes she has celiac. she recently had a blood test check up after being on gluten free diet for a yr and she didn't have any trace of gluten in body hopefully she is finally healing up. still has flare ups and digestive problems heartburn... -

also u can go for dessert if u have tcby there sorbets are gluten free i called the company dont get like cookiesncreme, chessecake malts like this also baskins robbins have gluten free ice cream check their website also i call alot of 800 numbers on the products just to be safe..hope this helps hopeyour date went good. stella

yes skittles are gluten free my daughter loves them espically reeses peanut butter cups the mand ms makes her tummy hurt. here is a website u can go too get a list of candies. GFfoodlist(2).pdg good luck stella
