  2. There are lots of deli meats that are safe to eat! I never buy prepackaged meat. I always just read the ingredient list for the meats in the deli, if you can't see it, have the attendant show it to you. If you are particularly sensitive, have them wipe down the slicer and put on new gloves. Don't deprive yourself!
  3. For only this reason, I am glad I get horribly sick whenever I eat gluten-- I equate it to passing a baseball through my intestines-- That feeling alone assures me that I will NEVER cheat. Sorry you had a weak moment-- we can all relate.
  4. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations of non-chain restaurants in New Jersey. I'll be visiting the Morristown, Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Bernardsville area.
