Ugh. I feel so sorry for myself. I hate that I got so excited about this ice cream when I saw the little certification label on it. I opened it up tonight to have a treat and decided to read the ingredients... "may contain wheat" I am currently recovering (day 3) from being glutened, and never want to feel this way again. I did not eat it and will not...
