One huge problem I have with people complaining about restaurants they've eaten at and been "glutened" at is that sometimes people just get sick after eating out. You know - NON-CELIAC people!!! Oh goodness what a thought! Maybe it's not the gluten that made you sick, it's just that your stomach did not agree with what you ate that particular day. I work...
