    I also have RA. I have been using Metamucil 100% Inulin fiber, Clear & Natural. They no longer make it, not a big seller. Using Benefiber 100% dextrin. Within two days, joints are inflammed and swollen. I have not changed anything. Wondering if it is the dextrin.
