I read that eating yogurt every day is supposed to prevent yeast infections... does soy yogurt work too? I can't do dairy

i am kinda new to this... so if you don't have the skin form of this disease... then are you less likely to have to watch your shampoos and lotions?? i have been using my same shampoo and lotion and maybe thats why i'm still sick... is there a list of mainstream shampoos and such that are safe??
