  1. Hi, I'm trying to meet new people along the front range, from Denver to Fort Collins, maybe up to Cheyenne - I'd love to start a monthly potluck group, dinner out, or just meet some new friends. Please let me know if anyone's interested, Kim aka southgoingzax
  2. Hi Cheryl, There don't seem to be any CO celiacs on this site - I'm up in Fort Collins, so I don't know if I'd be any use to you. If you're still out there, somewhere in cyberspace, post and let me know how you're doing. Kim
  3. Anyone in North Colorado? I would love to meet some new people, start a monthly potluck, dinner out, or something! I am in Fort Collins but am willing to travel as far as Denver, so if there's anyone out there wanting a new celiac friend, let me know, Kim aka southgoingzax

I have intestinal-symptom celiac, and I never thought about having DH type symptoms, but for me the rash certainly...
  6. Erica, What are you doing your research on? I have found this thread very heartening...I too am going through some real struggles right now, and I'm glad to see someone forging successful changes - it gives me hope. Thanks for posting this personal process! zax
  7. My fault...it's a grass, and safe to eat.
  8. DO NOT EAT THIS! As far as I can remember, Teff is an ancient type of wheat - I'll doublecheck to be sure, but I don't think it is gluten-free. Zax
