I will tell you it is not that hard to bake gluten free and dairy free. I use all natural and 100% ingredients that I know are gluten free and dairy free. What I do alot to be safe if I am not sure if the product is gluten free and dairy free or just gluten free, you can usually find a phone number on the product and call the number they will answer your question. You will have to give them the number on the bar code but hey it works for me. Happy Holidays everyone and eat safe.
