Thanks, did you purchase both the pc version and the palm or just the palm? Also have you tried the gluten guard? I downloaded the demo of that also and it does't seem bad either. Gluten Guard says it contains 100,000 products and Clan's only has around 5,600?

The clan thompson software looks good, I downloaded the free trial. If you buy the computer software does it come with palm software too or is that a seperate purchase? I don't have a palm yet but would consider one for this reason. Thanks for any help!

EnviroKidz Organic Amazon frosted flakes cereal. It tastes likes Kelloggs, very good.

Does anyone know what to look for in the ingredience that would tell if hidden gluten is in there? I know I can't have cookie dough or anything like that. I just mean the basics like vanilla,chocolate, strawberry. How about Dairy Queen? Like a bannana split blizzard? Thanks this stuff is hard to figure out!

How long did it take for you to start gaining weight after going gluten-free? I have been gluten-free for two weeks now and have lost another 5lbs. I do feel bad for you guys who have gained unwanted weight and don't mean to be disrespectful. I really need to put back on 10-15lbs. so my clothes aren't falling off. I do the same exact thing. I buy the powder at Walmart and mix it up in an empty bottle. I drink at least a quart if not more every day!
