I've been on a gluten-free diet for about 6 months, started not feeling any better after awhile , so I went off milk products and went to Soy, I still don't feel any better, the usual running to toilet, I feel like I did before I was diagnosed with Celiac, I don't like this!, does anybody have any suggestions?   12. I wanna cry , I miss my Pizza, Beer, Bread.............any help would be helpful, I spend hours at the store reading labels, I get so frustrated , I just go and get fruits and veggies instead!
