Hello, is anyone aware of any support groups in Chicago or Evanston, IL? I've seen some in the far suburbs, but not in the city or northshore, which is surprising given the population size in this area. I was diagnosed 3 months ago and so far I haven't found a single person who is celiac Thanks in advance.

Hello, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 2 months ago. If I am accidentally glutened, how quickly will I know? Is it an hour? does it take until the next day? Does it vary? Thank you

Hello, I was diagnosed with celiac 10 days ago after have an endoscopy and blood test for celiac. For the last week I've been trying to eat no gluten, and we've overhauled our kitchen to remove anything that might have traces of gluten in it, including our toaster and kitchen utensils. My question is, when should I start to see some improvement...
