    My DD and DS (both under 10) have had Celiac for 3 yrs now. I cook gluten and gluten free all the time and we've never had a problem. If I make spaghetti, I use 1 pot for gluten free noodles and the other for other pasta and as far as the collander goes, I pour the kids' pasta in the collander first.     Betty Crocker fruit snacks are gluten free. They are not really like gummie bears but they are along the same lines.

    DD had a lactose test and is not intolerant to it. She's clear of being allergic to lactose, dairy and caesin. She had the breath test for lactose 3 wks. ago and the blood test for dairy!

    BTW, she bloats and is gassy everytime she drinks or eats dairy. You can't tell me that dairy isn't an issue. Do these tests really work? Oh yeah, wheat didn't even show up. What's up with that?

    I had DD results come back the other day saying that she's not allergic to dairy. It says that Class 1 she's allergic to egg whites and beef. Class 2 she is allergic to diff. fruits and veggies. I still say that dairy is an issue. I don't agree w/the test. Also she's not lactose intolerant. She has been off of dairy for over a month now even b4 taking...
